Job Description

•Sign-On Bonus Available to Experienced Candidates• Job Summary Join our residential service department and make a daily impact on our customers, company and team by safely and professionally maintaining, servicing and repairing all types of residential HVAC equipment. We offer paid training, generous PTO, a full suite of benefits, and much more! Experience working on hydronics, heat pumps and mini-splits preferred. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits. Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure equipment is safe and reliable for our customers. Use of specialized testing instruments including but not limited to, meters, manometers, combustion analyzers, leak detection tools and more. Repair plumbing components related to HVAC systems, including condensate drains and water lines. Utilize hand tools and mechanical systems repair techniques to resolve equipment malfunctions swiftly. Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations to deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain detailed service reports, logs of repairs performed, and inventory of parts used during field service calls. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar service technician role preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical diagnostics, mechanical systems repair, and HVAC system maintenance. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with HVAC system installation, equipment troubleshooting, boiler operation, and refrigeration repairs. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; familiarity with HVAC/R codes and safety regulations such as EPA certification is required. Practical experience working with hand tools, electrical testing devices like ohmmeters, and mechanical repair equipment in a field service setting. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments. $65,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
