Holbrook Heating Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Helper to join our Albany installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in the HVAC industry. The HVAC Helper will work alongside experienced installers, assisting with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment Load, unload, carry, and organize tools, materials, and equipment Prepare work areas and assist installers throughout each job Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors Protect customers' homes and property while performing work Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow all company policies and safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications HVAC or construction experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn the HVAC trade Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to the Albany office Professional attitude and strong work ethic Schedule and Pay Full-time position Monday through Friday Competitive wages: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Paid drive time Opportunities for job and performance bonuses Opportunities for training and advancement Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days Paid holidays Paid vacation New York State sick leave 401(k) eligibility after one year, with company match Company-provided tools and equipment Career-development opportunities Holbrook Heating Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
