Job Summary:

LHS HVAC

is an HVAC installation, maintenance and service company and we are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our family! We serve all 5 boroughs with a main client base in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We work on conventional systems, VRF's water

and air-cooled systems, heating systems and more.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
Test system functionality and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience in field service as an HVAC technician
Knowledge of electric and plumbing principles for HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and design specifications
Proficiency in air conditioning system installation and maintenance

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
EPA certification preferred but not required
Excellent problem-solving skills
