Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC/R Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who will be capable of service and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:
- Install, and repair HVAC/R systems.
- Diagnose and repair system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in commercial HVAC/R systems
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation (must understand superheat, subcooling, air flow)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions and scheduling work when applicable
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- You may be a team lead at times for 1-4 other technicians working under you on all services you are managing that require more than one person.
- You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and ordering materials and equipment on each project/service you lead.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician with strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Proficient in reading schematics and mechanical prints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients as well as the team assisting with the task
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

certificationSkills:
- Ability to braze and have no leaks.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to drive vans, trucks and possibly trailers
- Refrigeration system knowledge for commercial applications (or ability to learn)
- Ability to diagnose airflow issues for HVAC/R installations We are seeking someone who is very independent, very knowledgeable and highly skilled to join our company.

$25.00- $45.
