Overview Join our team as an HVAC / Plumbing Technician specializing in both service and installation! Duties Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, refrigeration units, boilers, and mechanical systems. Install new HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping systems, and plumbing components according to schematics and HVAC design specifications. Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to resolve system faults efficiently. Read and interpret schematics, building automation systems, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure precise installations and repairs. Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions that meet safety standards and customer expectations. Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders accurately, and document all repairs or installations performed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout every interaction. Requirements Background in mechanical systems repair and installation Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems preferred Knowledge with plumbing systems installation and repair processes EPA 608 certification is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid driver's license with clean driving record; van driver experience is advantageous Willingness to work in various environments including commercial buildings or residential properties Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
