Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, controls, and electrical components. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Test and verify proper system operation after installation or repair. Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications. Respond to service calls professionally and provide excellent customer service. Recommend repair, upgrade, or replacement solutions when needed. Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records. Follow all safety, EPA, and company regulations. Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment. Work closely with office staff and team members to complete jobs efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Required High School Diploma or

GED. EPA

Section 608 Certification Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and airflow fundamentals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, rooftops, and outdoor environments. Preferred 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service Technical school certification or completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program. Experience with light commercial HVAC systems. Basic knowledge of controls, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experience with mobile service software and digital work order systems. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull HVAC equipment and materials. Climb ladders and work at heights. Work in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and dusty environments. Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and reach for extended periods
