What We Offer Highly competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Company-provided service vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance IRA retirement plan with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Unlimited paid manufacturer and vendor training Supportive, family-oriented work environment Year-round, steady work Job Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including: Gas and electric furnaces Central air conditioning systems Boilers Heat pumps Mini-split systems Light commercial rooftop units (RTUs) up to 10 tons You will also: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues accurately Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Certification (Required) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule NATE Certification is a plus but not required Service Area Our technicians primarily serve customers throughout Cuyahoga County , allowing you to spend less time driving and more time doing what you do best.
