Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:

5+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Experience required Able to diagnose and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC equipment required Able to schematics/blueprints/wiring diagrams required Experience with building automation required Willing to work across the Cleveland/Akron into the East PA area Refrigeration Experience (ice machines, coolers, cafeteria/school-district) preferred Technical training / trade school preferred Journeyman license is a strong plus

Commercial HVAC Technician Benefits:

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Field-service HVAC+R responsible for the Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial systems Working on packaged rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, water-source heat pumps, and refrigeration Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams Electrical testing with ohmmeters and diagnostic devices Troubleshooting building automation systems Routine maintenance and detailed service records for compliance Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
