TradeWorX is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers for full-time opportunities in the Van Wert, Ohio area. We are seeking installers who can handle residential equipment replacements, system installation, startup, and testing with limited supervision. Candidates with additional service, troubleshooting, or commercial HVAC experience are especially valuable. Pay & Overtime:

$25.00-$36.00 per hour based on HVAC installation experience, independence, certifications, and technical ability. Overtime may be available depending on workload.

Schedule:

Full-time schedule. Exact daily hours and overtime expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.

Job Duties:

Install and replace residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, and related HVAC equipment Complete refrigerant piping, condensate, thermostat, and electrical connections Perform evacuation, charging, startup, and system testing as qualified Verify equipment operation, airflow, and overall system performance Maintain clean, safe, and professional residential jobsites Support service or commercial HVAC work when needed and within experience level

Requirements:

Previous residential HVAC installation or equipment replacement experience Ability to complete installations safely with limited supervision Working knowledge of HVAC electrical connections, controls, refrigerant piping, and startup procedures Comfortable using standard HVAC installation tools and equipment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance EPA 608 certification preferred
