TradeWorX is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians for full-time opportunities in the Van Wert, Ohio area. The primary focus is residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, but technicians with commercial experience are also encouraged to apply. This opportunity is best suited for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and communicate professionally with customers. Pay & Overtime:

$25.00-$36.00 per hour based on HVAC experience, troubleshooting ability, certifications, and overall skill level. Overtime may be available based on workload.

Schedule:

Full-time schedule. Exact daily hours and overtime expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.

Job Duties:

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, thermostat, and mechanical problems Test equipment after repairs to confirm safe and proper operation Perform preventive maintenance and identify developing system issues Explain findings and repairs clearly and professionally to customers Assist with commercial HVAC service or installation work when needed

Requirements:

Previous HVAC service, repair, maintenance, or related field experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Comfortable working independently with hand tools, power tools, meters, and gauges Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Reliable transportation and dependable attendance EPA 608 certification preferred for refrigerant-related work
