Education:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
5 years of HVAC experience. One year to two years maintenance experience, preferably in a long term care environment.
Skills/Abilities:
Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Licensure:
