Job Description
Stevens Realty, LLC is a well-established property management company managing 2,500+ residential properties across Tennessee and Oklahoma . We are looking for a licensed, experienced, and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Lawton, OK . Position Overview The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems at our residential rental properties. We are looking for someone who can work independently, respond promptly to service requests, and provide quality workmanship. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups Install and replace HVAC equipment according to local codes and manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls when needed Complete work orders accurately and provide detailed documentation Communicate professionally with tenants, property management, and vendors Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all applicable safety requirements and local building codes Qualifications Valid HVAC license required Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have your own tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and professional Good communication and customer service skills Why Join Stevens Realty?
