Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and heating systems. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal performance of equipment. Troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. Perform necessary repairs on appliances related to HVAC systems. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations for repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job. Adhere to all safety protocols while working on-site. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems. Proficiency in servicing air conditioning units and boilers. Experience as a service technician in the field of HVAC or property maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques relevant to HVAC systems. Welding skills are a plus for certain repair tasks. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
