Snow Bear Heat & Air is looking for someone who wants more than a technician job. In fact, if you're looking for a comfortable job where you run your calls, collect your paycheck, and go home without thinking about the business again — this probably isn't the position for you. We are looking for someone who wants to help BUILD something. You'll start as an HVAC technician. You'll run service calls. You'll work in the heat. You'll crawl through attics. You'll deal with difficult problems, long days during peak season, customers, callbacks, paperwork, and all the other things that come with this industry. But that's just where this position starts . Our goal is to find someone who can eventually help us run Snow Bear. As the company grows, we want this person to grow with it. Technician → Lead Technician → Service Manager → Brand Leadership → Potential Brand Partner That progression isn't guaranteed. It has to be earned. We aren't going to hand someone a title because they've been here for a certain amount of time. We want someone who proves they can take care of customers, solve problems, help other technicians improve, protect the reputation of Snow Bear, and eventually think about the business like an owner. That means there will be times when you'll be expected to do more than what is technically "your job." You'll help train the next technician. You'll help solve problems when things go wrong. You'll help improve our systems when they're broken. You'll be expected to speak up when you see something we can do better. And eventually, instead of asking, "What do you want me to do?" we want you asking, "What does Snow Bear need from me?" We don't want someone who needs to be managed forever. We want someone who eventually becomes the person doing the managing. And if you can become that person, our intention is for your opportunity, responsibility, income, and upside to grow along with the company.

There will be busy weeks. There will be things we figure out together. There will probably be days when working for a giant HVAC company with hundreds of employees would be easier.
