COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on experience and performance. Our technicians have the opportunity to earn additional commission on: HVAC repairs Service work Indoor air quality products System replacements Additional approved services and upgrades High-performing technicians who can properly diagnose systems, communicate value to customers, and close repair and replacement opportunities can earn significantly more than a standard hourly technician.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Diagnose residential heating and cooling systems Perform HVAC service and repairs Complete furnace, AC, heat pump, and mini-split diagnostics Present repair options clearly and professionally Identify replacement opportunities when equipment is no longer cost-effective to repair Educate customers about their HVAC systems Offer appropriate upgrades, maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, and financing options Prepare estimates and collect payment Document findings, photos, and recommendations in Housecall Pro Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Follow company procedures and quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR HVAC

service experience required Strong diagnostic skills Residential HVAC experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options Sales experience is highly valued Ability to work independently Reliable and responsible Valid driver's license and good driving record Professional appearance Ability to use mobile apps and service software EPA608 certification required This is not a seasonal position.
