Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area for an Oregon Licensed Commercial HVAC / Boiler Journeyman. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and boiler systems at various client sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. You will collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific needs. Adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards will be a critical part of your work. Qualifications Oregon LEB License + 4 Year OR Apprenticeship Completion Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address client needs effectively. Capabilities in Sales and Account Management to support client relationships and contribute to business growth. Experience with Purchasing and inventory management to ensure timely acquisition of parts and materials. Current Oregon HVAC Journeyman and Boiler Operator License. Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations. Ability to work independently and in physically demanding environments. Previous experience with commercial HVAC systems and boilers is preferred. Compensation Wage Range $65 -$70/hr. Depending on experience.
