Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to support a large commercial facility in Wilsonville, OR, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on HVAC equipment. The technician will service RTUs, split systems, VAVs, and related mechanical and electrical components while maintaining optimal system performance and reliability. This role requires strong diagnostic capabilities, experience working with BAS/BMS systems, and the ability to communicate maintenance updates directly with customers. Candidates should have at least five years of commercial HVAC service experience, strong customer service skills, and ideally experience using CMMS or work order management platforms. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience providing preventative and corrective maintenance to roof top units (RTUs), split systems, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) units EPA certification - can be type I, II, III, or Universal Extensive electrical troubleshooting experience within HVAC systems Ability to clearly communicate maintenance updates to internal engineering staff and end client Experience following and reporting on work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Experience using a building automation system (BAS), navigating graphics, turning units off and on, changing temperature set points, etc.Benefits
