What You'll Be Doing As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician , you'll troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while working directly with customers and our service team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems Work on equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and related systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Complete accurate service reports and job documentation Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and other team members Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes and standards Maintain an organized, clean, and job-ready company vehicle Properly maintain tools, equipment, and materials Use company service software and technology to manage calls and documentation Work independently in the field while knowing the office team is there to support you What We're Looking For 4-6 years of commercial HVAC service experience, or comparable experience Strong understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of service calls Able to work effectively as part of a larger service team when required EPA Universal Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean or reasonably clean driving record Comfortable using technology, or willing to learn our systems Dependable, accountable, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer-service skills Willing to complete a background check and drug screening Pay & Benefits Full-time, year-round work with no seasonal layoffs
Pay:
