Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers enjoy comfortable, efficient indoor environments. Responsibilities Install new residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps according to schematics and design specifications Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal operation Assist with plumbing connections, refrigerant handling, and ammonia refrigeration systems when needed Read and interpret HVAC design plans and schematics to ensure precise installation Use welding, mechanical knowledge, and equipment repair skills to address installation challenges Maintain property by performing routine checks on appliances, boilers, and other mechanical components during installations Skills Strong construction background with experience in HVAC installation and property maintenance Service technician experience in HVAC or refrigeration fields preferred Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical systems Familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), and boiler systems Mechanical knowledge with proficiency in equipment repair and welding techniques Field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot effectively on-site Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other mechanical equipment confidently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks Join us to be part of a team that values your skills and dedication! $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
