Job Summary HVAC Residential Installation Coordinator We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Coordinator for our Heating and Cooling Installation Department at our main location in Harleysville Pa.

Duties:

Scheduling and coordinating the installing dates with our sales people and customers. Ordering and staging equipment. You will be responsible for job costing and completing the department performance report. Follow up with our customers on all new installations and follow through with call backs, warranty, rebates and equipment registrations. We are seeking individuals with a background in residential heating and cooling. You must be able to work flexible hours, start early and work late during busy periods of the year, be self-motivated, independent and organized and have a drug free lifestyle.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years' experience in Residential HVAC field. You must have a working- general knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and WORD and be familiar with the residential HVAC field. Must pass substance test and background check. No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years and you will need a valid driving license.

Compensation:

Hourly pay, overtime and monthly incentive plan, full family health care plan, fully paid uniforms, 401k plan, family vacation and holiday package.
