The Commercial HVAC Mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other trades on job sites Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate with customers regarding system issues, recommendations, and solutions Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with commercial HVAC systems Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Excellent medical/dental/vision benefits for you and your family Retirement options including 401k Earn free shares in the company and become an employee owner after one year of employment Competitive vacation/personal time off packages Opportunities for growth and advancement
