Ta-Da! Home Services is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. We are looking for a detailed-oriented professional committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Installation:

Perform complete replacements and new installations of residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and ductwork, adhering to local codes and manufacturer specifications.

Diagnostics & Repair:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues on various types and brands of residential equipment.

Routine Maintenance:

Execute comprehensive seasonal maintenance tune-ups and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Customer Communication:

Clearly explain technical issues, repair options, and system recommendations to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain high standards of safety and job-site cleanliness, ensuring systems are operating safely before leaving the premises.

Documentation:

Accurate and timely completion of digital work orders, parts usage records, and service notes. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and installation. Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred). Strong working knowledge of electrical wiring schematics, refrigeration cycles, and airflow diagnostics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50+ lbs), work in attics or crawlspaces, and climb ladders safely. High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical school certification is a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (Occasional weekend or on-call rotations as needed).
