We're seeking an ambitious, top performing HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of HVAC install experience to join our team. Must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew. A clean driving record is a must. What You'll Be Expected to Do The installer position is a field position representing Clyde S. Walton, Inc. on the road and at customer locations. Responsible for performing the installation of many types of home heating and cooling appliances and fuel tanks, while providing quality customer service to ensure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity and safety. This position may also assist in service calls as needed.

• Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment
• Run and connect duct work, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and venting per manufacturer and code specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Communicate with dispatch, the install team lead, and customers as needed
• Test, start up, and calibrate newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
• Confirm that installed equipment and materials match the job/work order specifications
• Perform inspections of tools, equipment, and the work site prior to and following each job
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper disposal of old equipment and materials Why You'll Love Working for
