Job Description
HVAC / Plumbing Installer - New Residential Construction Trissler's Plumbing & Heating Trissler's Plumbing & Heating is hiring full-time, energetic, and motivated individuals to install plumbing and HVAC systems in new construction homes. Job Overview As an HVAC/Plumbing Installer, you will work on residential new-construction projects installing heating, cooling, and plumbing systems from the ground up. You'll be part of a hands-on crew that takes pride in quality workmanship and getting homes ready for families. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components) in new homes Install residential plumbing systems, including supply lines, drain/waste/vent piping, fixtures, and water heaters Read and follow blueprints, plans, and specifications Rough-in and trim-out plumbing and HVAC per code and company standards Install electrical components and controls related to HVAC equipment Inspect and test installed systems for proper operation, leaks, and code compliance Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow all safety procedures Work efficiently with the construction schedule and coordinate with other trades Keep tools, materials, and equipment organized and in good condition What We're Looking For Motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work Experience with residential HVAC and/or plumbing installation preferred (new construction experience a plus) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read basic blueprints and follow instructions Comfortable working on active construction sites Ability to lift heavy materials, work in attics/crawlspaces, and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation EPA Section 608 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Relevant licenses/apprenticeship progress a plus, depending on experience level Schedule & Work Environment Full-time Primarily new residential construction sites Outdoor and unfinished-home conditions; work can be physically demanding Why Join Trissler's Plumbing & Heating Steady work installing systems in new construction homes Opportunity to build solid trade skills in both plumbing and HVAC Work with a team that values energy, motivation, and quality installation To apply : Submit your resume and a brief note about your experience through Indeed, or apply as directed on the listing.
