About Us 3 Birds Accessibility is a rapidly growing accessibility construction company specializing in residential and commercial accessibility modifications. Our mission is to help individuals of all ability levels live safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes and communities.
Our projects include:
 Bathroom modifications and tub-to-shower conversions  ADA ramps and mobility access solutions  Stairlifts and vertical platform lifts (VPLs)  Walk-in bathtubs  Door widening and accessibility renovations  Custom home modification solutions We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Position Overview We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and skilled Home Access Specialist Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position involving the installation and modification of accessibility equipment and residential construction projects in homes and commercial environments. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, communicate professionally, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Experience in accessible construction is strongly preferred, but we are also open to candidates with experience in transferable trades or related fields, including:  Residential remodeling  Bathroom construction  Plumbing  Carpentry  HVAC  Electrical  General contracting  Maintenance or handyman services  Medical equipment installation  Mobility equipment installation If you have strong construction fundamentals and a willingness to learn, we provide in-house training to help you grow within the accessibility industry. Schedule We offer a rotating 4-day / 10-hour schedule designed to improve work-life balance while reducing burnout and excessive overtime.
Schedule Format:
 Four 10-hour workdays per week  Rotating schedules between Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday  Every employee receives a 4-day weekend every other week This schedule allows for consistent full-time hours while giving employees additional personal time and flexibility.
