Living owns and manages its own buildings across Pittsburgh — apartments, commercial, industrial, and self-storage — and we're bringing HVAC in-house. We need one experienced tech who can INSTALL new equipment and

TROUBLESHOOT

what's already running. You'll work directly for the owner, not a service company.

NO SELLING. NO QUOTAS. NO

iPADS. You will never be asked to upsell a tenant, close a replacement, or hit a ticket average. Your job is to fix things right and install things right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial systems: split systems, mini-splits (LG and others), gas furnaces, rooftop/package units, commercial condensers, boilers and hydronic where present
• Install new equipment: full change-outs, new line sets, ductwork modifications, mini-split installs in conversions and renovations
• Seasonal start-ups, preventive maintenance, and filter/belt/coil programs across the portfolio
• Work alongside our in-house construction crew on renovation and adaptive-reuse projects
• Source parts through our distributor accounts and manage warranty claims
• Keep clean records of what was done and what's due next — on paper or a phone, whatever works; we don't run a dispatch-app treadmill

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience with both installation and service
• EPA 608 Universal certification
• Comfortable with refrigerant work, brazing, electrical troubleshooting, gas piping, and reading wiring diagrams
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work independently and figure things out — you are the HVAC department
• Nice to have: NATE certification, boiler/hydronic experience, mini-split brand training (LG, Mitsubishi, Daikin), commercial rooftop experience, PA journeyman card

PAY AND BENEFITS
