Looking for a skilled, customer-service-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and be passionate about delivering knowledgeable service.

Aflac Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Conduct detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life and prevent unplanned downtime. Innovate customer interactions by not just fixing but enhancing their system through upselling appropriate energy solutions and maintenance agreements. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service and accountability. Collaborate with our team, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.Requirements:
- EPA certification is required
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Ability to work on-call schedule
- Ability to work overtime
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, work on ladders, and in tight spaces
