Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Continental Real Estate Management Inc. This position is essential for maintaining the comfort and safety of our properties by ensuring all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing quality housing and excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems across multiple properties. Diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Respond promptly to service requests from tenants regarding HVAC issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used during service calls. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any related mechanical issues. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively. Familiarity with using tools such as an Ohmmeter for diagnostics. Ability to perform plumbing tasks as needed is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants and team members.
