Someone who can diagnose a complicated service call on Tuesday, lead a quality system installation on Wednesday, and confidently work across both HVAC and electrical systems as our company continues to grow. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform HVAC service calls, maintenance, and system commissioning Lead complete HVAC system installations Perform or assist with residential and commercial electrical service and installations Support and collaborate across both HVAC and electrical work Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit Mentor less-experienced technicians as the team grows Take ownership of jobs from start to finish Help us improve the way we do things as the company grows Who We're Looking For You're the technician other technicians respect. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder, but you also aren't too proud to jump in and help someone else. You can troubleshoot, communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners, solve problems under pressure, and take pride in leaving every job better than you found it. You're comfortable working in both HVAC and electrical environments—or you're the kind of person who genuinely wants to expand your skills into both. Maybe your résumé isn't perfect. We need someone who understands the trades, embraces that variety, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs them. Qualifications Strong HVAC service and diagnostic experience HVAC installation experience and the ability to lead jobs independently Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills Professional communication and customer service EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Electrical experience is a strong plus Commercial experience is a plus Most importantly: dependable, curious, accountable, and willing to keep learning Why Join Us?
