This is not simply a search to fill a technician position. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contractor who is interested in helping build, develop, and provide technical leadership for an HVAC operation from the ground floor. The business side brings existing commercial relationships, operational experience, business development capabilities, and access to an established customer base. What We're Looking For Active Oklahoma Mechanical Contractor license with appropriate HVAC/R endorsement Strong HVAC service, repair, installation, and troubleshooting experience Knowledge of Oklahoma mechanical codes, permitting, and CIB requirements Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight Professional communication and leadership skills Ability to help establish field procedures, quality standards, and technician expectations Interest in helping build and grow a new HVAC operation What We Bring The business side will focus on customer acquisition, sales, marketing, administration, commercial relationships, scheduling, billing, and overall business development. We are looking for a Mechanical Contractor who can bring the HVAC expertise and technical leadership necessary to complement those capabilities.
