Schedule:

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Role Overview You will install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. Additional duties include mentoring installation helpers, sharing feedback with management on training needs, inventory, and pricing, and continuously improving your skills through training. What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residentiallight commercial) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Valid EPA Certification (NATE is a plus) Ability to work safely on extension ladders (up to 28') and step ladders (up to 12') Own basic hand tools Professional appearance and a team-player mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development If you're a hardworking installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to join a growing local company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
