Job Description
Our client, a global leader in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management is seeking an HVAC/Mechanical Technician due to business growth in the Data Center practice. This full time role will work onsite in Ridgeville, SC, pays $37hr and seeks a candidate to work
ROTATING SHIFTS
on 3rd Shift- 4 then 3

ONCE THIS FACILITY IS FULLY STAFFED CANDIATES CAN SELECT 1ST OR 3RD SHIFT AS A CONSTANT.
The key to this role is utilization of HVAC/Mechanical skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center operation.The incumbent will:
Respond to control room requests and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems and associated equipment. Monitor and maintain flow control systems, pumps, valves, and related mechanical equipment. Conduct inspections to identify equipment issues and complete necessary repairs. Ensure HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Support equipment testing and ongoing maintenance activities. Document completed work and update maintenance records using basic computer systems. Follow all safety procedures while working in a mission-critical facility. Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure reliable facility operations.QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of commercial HVAC experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Experience with flow control systems, pumps, and valves. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC-related issues. Experience with Data Center equipment (Chiller/GEN/UPS/STS etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools for documentation purposes Preferred but not required Any Experience working in a Critical Facilities Environment (Data Center/Hospital/airport, etc) Any HVAC Certification Any Mechanical Certifications CFC Universal license EPA Certification Any Critical Facilities licensePay:
