Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber and/or HVAC tech to join our team. The Apprentice will assist experienced technicians in various tasks, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the field. This role requires a willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing or HVAC systems. Help with all tasks that a service technician undertakes. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Participate in field service calls as needed, providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred; familiarity with plumbing or HVAC systems is a plus. Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential. Previous experience in maintenance services or related fields is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Willingness to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy materials, and stand for extended periods.
