Duties Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems including Heat Pump Air Conditioning and Heating systems, Gas systems, Dual Fuel including Straight cool systems Inspect crawlspace for mold remediation and encapsulation sales Inspect ductwork for replacement, repairs or health quality concerns Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters, Amp Meters, psychrometer and troubleshooting techniques. Read and interpret technical schematics and HVAC design plans to ensure precise system installation and repairs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to optimize efficiency and extend system lifespan. Conduct plumbing and electrical work associated with HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations and codes. Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems repair issues involving monoxide gas leaks or other specialized equipment internal to the system. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Help us Maintain our 5-Star Google rating being a positive superstar everyday Skills Construction experience combined with service technician background is highly preferred but also can be taught by our in- house training sessions 2 to 3 times a week. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair and installation. Proficiency in reading schematics, HVAC design plans, Skilled in electrical diagnostics, plumbing, refrigeration, and gas system maintenance. Familiarity with hand tools, electrical systems, mechanical systems repair, and safe repair techniques. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters hvac gages, amp meters, temp probes, static pressure readers and etc. Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems and general building upkeep. Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate company vehicles.
