Stevens Realty is expanding our vendor network and is seeking experienced independent contractors to service residential rental properties in Cookeville, TN and the surrounding areas. Now Hiring Appliance Technicians HVAC Technicians Plumbers Electricians Flooring Installers/Repair Technicians Lawn Care Professionals Carpenters Make-Ready Technicians What You'll Do Complete maintenance repairs and service calls. Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs based on your trade. Prepare rental homes for new residents. Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Communicate effectively with our dispatch team.
