HVAC Technician Full Time role $27/hr+Full Benefits+ Company Truck with Gas card Knoxville, TN Job Overview We are seeking a basic skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across various property types. Duties Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Diagnose electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and perform electrical system troubleshooting. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to execute precise repairs or installations. Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and component replacements. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic techniques. Skills Proven experience in construction, service technician roles, or property maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters; capable of troubleshooting electrical systems effectively.

Pay:

$25.34 - $27.52 per hour
