Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician as we expand into Tennessee with 5-10 years of hands-on industry experience. This professional will install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems in compliance with manufacturer and local code standards. Install new heating and cooling equipment, including proper brazing, drain setup, and flue venting. Perform vacuum and pressure tests, measure superheat and subcooling, and optimize system performance. Complete low voltage wiring and electrical connections. Maintain accurate service records and uphold high standards of safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system operations and upgrade opportunities. Identify and recommend system improvements with a sales-oriented approach. Ensure safe driving, tool maintenance, and compliance with company and safety policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

5-10 years of HVAC industry experience. EPA Universal Certification (required). Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program. Proven practical skills in brazing, testing, venting, and wiring. Must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening.

Preferred Experience:

Service experience with residential and light commercial systems. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
