Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team supporting multiple commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

$31-$35/hr What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems and associated equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment ranging from 5-50 tons. Perform facility inspections and identify conditions that may impact building operations or client occupancy. Update work orders in real time and document completed maintenance using CMMS systems such as Corrigo. What's Needed? Minimum of 4 years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience with a strong commercial HVAC/R background. Universal EPA/CFC certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment. Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. High school diploma or GED and a valid state driver's license. Ability to travel between assigned sites and be available for on-call work as needed. What's in it for me? Competitive pay of $31-$35/hr.
