Evolution Maintenance Inc. is a Tennessee based commercial facilities service company that provides repairs, installation and PM services for national retailers and government entities. We are looking for a self-reliant commercial maintenance technician in the Manchester, TN area that has either experience or education in the HVAC field. This technician will start out handling HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) work orders with the goal of growing into a journeyman HVAC/R technician. This technician will also be sent as a helper on other HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing jobs. Handyman skills are a plus. Experience and skillset will determine hourly pay rate. Company provided vehicle will be dispatched from technician's home (no requirement to come to central office to get vehicle) via web based (provided) tablet. Qualified individuals should have the ability to work independently with good judgment and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
