Varsity HVAC is looking for a Heating and Cooling Service Specialist with a solid service background and a practical approach to repairs. Bring at least three years of HVAC service experience and the ability to handle each appointment with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your Territory and Package Our Franklin-based operation covers communities between Nashville and Columbia, with coverage extending from Dickson across to Murfreesboro. A company vehicle that you can take home, along with a gas card, supports travel between service locations. The position pays $30-$40 hourly and includes 10 paid days off annually and profit sharing. Please note that the current benefits package does not include medical or health coverage. How You Will Contribute Each call starts with listening to the customer and evaluating the equipment. You will test components, trace operating problems, and determine the work needed to restore heating or cooling. Clearly explain your recommendations so customers understand the issue and the proposed next steps. Alongside repair calls, you will carry out scheduled maintenance, check performance, and recognize conditions that may need additional attention. Use technical diagrams and testing equipment to guide your decisions, then verify system operation after completing the work. Accurate records are part of a successful visit. Record your observations, repairs, and parts usage, and share updates with office staff when another visit or additional materials are needed. Maintain orderly tools and vehicle supplies, protect the surrounding workspace, and follow appropriate safety practices. What You Bring A minimum of three years working directly in HVAC service Sound diagnostic skills and the ability to organize your daily assignments Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and respect for customer property Additional installation knowledge is welcome.
