Technician Certification Full Job Description We are looking for a professional residential HVAC installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and light commercial applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the installation of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, packaged units, and controls. Able to read and interpret blueprints. Pickup and deliver material. Supervise and train HVAC Install Helpers and apprentices on proper installation techniques and safety practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute daily installation tasks to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget. Review job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine equipment, materials, and layout requirements. Measure, fabricate, and install sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and insulation to exact specifications. Wire, pipe, and connect HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and manufacturer requirements. Test, balance, and start up HVAC systems; verify proper operation and make necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and answering questions in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system performance. Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards, local building codes, and company policies. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC installer Experience with installing duct work Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
