The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to perform various maintenance tasks effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to facility upkeep and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Duties Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Perform residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic appeal. Execute basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting using an ohmmeter. Maintain and repair various equipment and systems within the facility. Utilize schematics for understanding and repairing mechanical systems. Assist in welding pipe tasks as needed for structural repairs. Support the facilities maintenance team with routine upkeep, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Communicate effectively in English or Spanish with team members and management regarding maintenance issues. Skills Proficient in residential painting techniques. Experience in pipe welding and basic electrical work. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Excellent communication skills in English or spanish, both verbal and written.
