We're looking for experienced, motivated HVAC technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values them. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems Work directly with customers to deliver a high level of service and professionalism Read wiring diagrams and perform accurate system testing Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal code requirements Participate in an on-call rotation Handle both new and existing customer service calls with confidence and care What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC experience Current Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) HVAC Technician Certification Current EPA Type II certification Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Own standard HVAC hand tools Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and communicate well with customers High school diploma or equivalent HVAC industry education or State of Texas Contractor's License is a plus Why Work at Mend Services?
