We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have residential HVAC service and maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude with customers and coworkers. This is a full-time position , Monday-Friday, with regular hours of approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Hours may vary depending on workload. The position also requires availability for on-call services, weekends, and after-hours work as part of an on-call rotation. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC maintenance and service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods of time Ability to lift and handle heavy HVAC equipment Must be available to participate in on-call services Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain professional and maintain good composure under pressure No smoking in company vehicle Willingness to learn, accept feedback and adapt to new techniques and procedures Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential air conditioning and heating systems Perform HVAC maintenance, service, and repairs Identify system issues and make appropriate repair recommendations Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system performance and recommended repairs Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers Prioritize workload and complete service calls efficiently Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures Complete detailed service reports documenting findings, parts used, and work performed Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with customers Provide quality workmanship while representing the company professionally Participate in the company's on-call rotation, including weekends and after-hours as required Strong attention to job documentation is required. Technicians must properly update job status, start and finish times, and service notes for every call. This is essential for keeping our dispatcher informed and maintaing efficient scheduling and communication. Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Hours may vary based on workload and service needs.

On-Call Rotation:

Technician must be available for on-call services, including weekends and after-hours , as part of the scheduled rotation.
