May be required to be accessible at extended hours. Works under minimal supervision. Must be a role model for the companies MISSION, VISION, and

This position reports to the Project Manager.
Project Technician/ Installer Responsibilities:
Follows company process submitting reports and data for invoicing daily. Safely and effectively uses tools and equipment wearing proper PPE. Read and comprehend plans, specifications, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals and equipment specifications. Read and comprehend specifications and blueprints as appropriate to the work to be performed. Must be able to perform task necessary to perform demo and install of all aspects of HVAC equipment. Must know and perform duties to local codes for installing equipment. Manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance and direction. Works effectively alone and with team to complete repairs timely and safely with no errors or defects. Accurately and consistently checks work for errors and defects; accurately corrects errors and deficiencies. Maintain a clean company vehicle Performs other duties as assigned. Education /
Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Vocational/Technical school preferred. EPA certification Lift certification
Project Technician/ Installer Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years successful experience in HVAC industry, including equipment, duct installation and service. #
