Day Shift Help for . he HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide reliable service while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and extend equipment life.
Replace defective components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, filters, and electrical parts.
Charge and recover refrigerants while following EPA regulations and safety procedures.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Provide customers with explanations of repairs, maintenance recommendations, and system operation.
Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.
Follow company safety policies and industry standards.
