We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual HVAC Head Technician to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical system services. This dynamic role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex HVAC systems across diverse residential and commercial settings. As a key leader, you will ensure all projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client satisfaction. Your expertise will drive operational excellence while mentoring technicians and fostering a proactive service environment that emphasizes efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities Must be fluent in English and Spanish Lead and coordinate HVAC system installation projects, ensuring adherence to schematics, design specifications, and safety protocols. Guide technicians during difficult troubleshooting issues. Perform comprehensive repairs on HVAC equipment including air conditioning units for residential and commercial units. Troubleshoot complex HVAC/R systems by analyzing electrical diagnostics, mechanical failures, and control system malfunctions. Supervise team members in equipment repair activities while promoting best practices in mechanical systems repair and safety procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, schematics interpretations, repair logs, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage and assist technicians with scheduling, reporting tech performance plus assist in tech next level trainings Qualifications Ability to lead technicians and work with the day to day operations in both residential and commercial work. Proven experience in construction and service technician roles within HVAC or related mechanical fields. Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, electrical systems diagnostics, and building automation controls. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, installation, troubleshooting equipment such as air conditioning units, both in residential and commercial. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical testing devices like ohmmeters, and specialized diagnostic equipment for HVAC/R systems. Mechanical knowledge encompassing mechanical systems repair and maintenance of complex HVAC infrastructure. Valid EPA certification for refrigerants; additional certifications in HVAC/R are preferred. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and apply HVAC system troubleshooting techniques effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction. Must be able to work near and in schools plus government facilities.
