Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a customer-first attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently using testing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to maximize system efficiency and lifespan.
• Adhere to all safety codes, local building regulations, and EPA guidelines for handling refrigerants.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair options and cost estimates clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of work orders, parts used, and time spent on jobs. Required Qualifications

Experience:

5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.

Certification:

Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).

License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).

Education:

High school diploma/GED; completion of a trade school or apprenticeship program is highly preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to [50/75/100] pounds and operate heavy tools.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces) and at heights (ladders, roofs).
