About the Role We are seeking a reliable, skilled Commercial HVAC Duct Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands commercial mechanical systems, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Install rectangular, spiral, and round ductwork for commercial HVAC systems. Read, interpret, and work from mechanical blueprints and construction documents. Install VAVs, dampers, duct accessories, supports, and insulation according to project specifications. Follow SMACNA standards for duct installation and fabrication. Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements , ensuring a safe work environment. Maintain high-quality workmanship , attention to detail, and job site cleanliness throughout each project. Qualifications 2+ years of commercial HVAC duct installation experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Strong understanding of SMACNA standards and commercial HVAC components. Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and job site safety protocols. Ability to lift, carry, and install ductwork and related materials. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
