WHO WE WANT

Our ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience and can confidently walk onto a service call, evaluate the entire system, diagnose the actual problem, and communicate solutions professionally.

You should be:

Strong in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting Thorough—you don't rush through calls or take shortcuts Confident communicating with customers Customer-focused without being afraid to recommend needed solutions Self-motivated and capable of managing your day Competitive and driven to hit performance goals Accountable for your workmanship and results Organized with service notes, photos, and documentation Professional in appearance and communication Interested in continuing to learn and advance Previous ServiceTitan experience is a BIG plus.

THIS IS NOT A PARTS-CHANGER POSITION

We expect our technicians to understand the Condition, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation of the systems they service. You'll be expected to: Diagnose residential and commercial HVAC equipment Perform comprehensive system evaluations Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and control problems Identify the root cause—not simply the failed component Explain findings in language customers can understand Build and present professional repair and improvement options Identify opportunities involving comfort, airflow, indoor air quality, electrical, maintenance, and system replacement Document every call thoroughly with notes, measurements, and photos Follow Cunningham's diagnostic and service procedures Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle Work closely with dispatch, management, and other technicians Participate in ongoing technical and customer-experience training

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5+ years HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA certification Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and service software ServiceTitan experience preferred Residential and commercial experience preferred Ability to participate in an on-call rotation Professional attitude and appearance Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
